Where we deliver

DailyFindUK currently delivers to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only. We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK at this time.

Processing

All our products are dispatched from a UK warehouse. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery times

Delivery is free and tracked to addresses in Great Britain. After dispatch, the courier usually takes 2–3 working days, so delivery typically takes 3–6 working days in total (1–3 working days to dispatch, then usually 2–3 working days in transit). The estimated delivery time and delivery charge for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer during peak periods or because of carrier delays.

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order being accepted, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we can't, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracked delivery service. We'll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Split deliveries

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.

Charges on delivery

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no customs or import charges on our deliveries. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected fee on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email hello@dailyfinduk.co.uk with your order number. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you; if a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
