Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order from DailyFindUK. If you change your mind, you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of the day you receive them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return an item

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the returns details. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
3. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described we cover reasonable return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. We also refund the standard delivery cost if you cancel the whole order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
