Delivery
Delivery
Free delivery to Great Britain on every order. We dispatch from a warehouse in the United Kingdom and delivery is tracked.
- Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Delivery time: most orders arrive in 3 to 6 working days after you order. A few items can take up to 10 working days, and the estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer in busy periods.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Where we deliver: addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Orders are delivered by UK couriers. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of ordering, contact us and we will chase it straight away.

Returns
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order from DailyFindUK. If you change your mind, you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of the day you receive them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the returns details. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described we cover reasonable return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. We also refund the standard delivery cost if you cancel the whole order.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
